Public Sector Risk Management

The Public Sector Accounting Standards Board and the Internal Auditor-General Department in Kenya developed PUBLIC SECTOR RISK MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES for offices in the public services – National and County Governments and their entities including Ministries, Departments and Agencies, Independent Commissions and Offices, State Corporations, Judiciary, and Parliament. This is a commendable effort and has set the stage for inculcating the culture of Risk Management in the public Sector. In order to help in improving the management of Risk Management in the Public Sector, what improvements would you recommend to these guidelines?
